Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason you are not completely in love with your Lustrate Genève creation, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN To start a return, please contact our Client Services at info@lustrategeneve.com or via our Contact page.

Please do not send items back to the shipping origin address without contacting us first. All returns must be sent to our Geneva headquarters.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you immediately. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
